Love the character of the hotel. Very cozy and walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops. The bar service was excellent and restaurant was good as well. The gym was clean and had a large variety of equipment. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Maid service was excellent which is something we rarely see in hotels lately. Overall great experience.

Location, location, location!! Also loved the historical building and architecture. The river is beautiful and everything is within walking distance on Broad Street. The bar was great with a good selection of spirits, cocktails and beer. The breakfast was an amazing value with a tasty selection of eggs, biscuits, gravy, grits, cereals, fruit, yogurt, and waffles all for only $8 per person!!! The beds are super comfy too.

It’s an old factory or wharehouse that was converted into a hotel. It has lots of character and charm. It has been tastefully finished and is in a great location downtown where there are many local restaurants and shops within walking distance. We had a river view room. The restaurant and bar was nice and the staff was great.

We let them know that it was the night of our wedding and they were so accommodative and kind. We had a great time and our King Suite was gorgeous!

Very nice place to stay . Everything was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the room was very spacious. The Cocktail Lounge/Bar was a very nice place to have a late night drink and a little something to eat, before returning to the room. The Bartender made great drinks , she was super nice🍸🥃🍸🥃

We really love the fact that it was so close to downtown Rome Georgia. The people in the hotel was so friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere in the hotel was outstanding. It really felt like a resort than a hotel.

I love this place. It wasn't our first time staying. The rooms are great and within walking distance from all the shops and restaurants. Plus, the restaurant in the hotel has great food.

The location was so convenient to everything I had planned. It is in a quaint little downtown area, within walking distance of many restaurants and coffee shops, and local shops. It was a very safe and active area.

Very pleasant staff. Breakfast was nice and convenient but it wasn't really worth the added cost.
